Dr. Bessma Momani is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow to assist with several projects exploring the intersection of gender and public policy. Projects will include gender inequity in academia, impact of gender on firm revenue, gender in the Canadian Armed Forces, and exploring the benefits of Gender Based Analysis in public policy. The Postdoctoral Fellow will be expected to work closely with Dr. Momani and her research team. Residency in Waterloo or in close commuting distance is a must. Specifically, the Postdoctoral Fellow is expected to conduct interviews, conduct literature reviews, and co-author a minimum of 4 academic papers.
